Therese O'Brian

Therese O’Brian joined RIPCO in 2023 and she specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout New Jersey. Her career began in sales and marketing where she held executive-level roles with ALM Media, LexisNexis, and Thomson Reuters. In 2014, she joined NJ Advance Media as Director of Real Estate Sales and developed award-winning digital marketing campaigns for developers and property owners including Mack-Cali, Woodmont Properties, Edgewood Properties, KRE Group, Mill Creek Residential Trust, BNE, K. Hovnanian and Toll Brothers. It was this role that ignited her passion for commercial real estate. Prior to working with RIPCO, Therese worked with Newmark Associates CRE representing Health and Wellness tenants. In her current role at RIPCO, Therese is working to build her landlord representation portfolio and is very proud to be working with local mixed-use property owners and Health, Wellness and Lifestyle tenants that are expanding.
