Theo Benedyk

Theo heads up the agency department, involved in both acquisition and disposal activity on a nationwide basis, acting for a wide range of UK-based and International clients. He also advises the professional and asset management teams, liaising closely on rent reviews, lease renewals and active estate management matters. He joined the practice in 2009 having completed his Real Estate Valuation and Management degree at The University of The West of England in Bristol, subsequently completing a Masters in Real Estate Development at The University of Westminster. Theo particularly enjoys advising clients with their expansion strategies and adding value to client disposal programmes to maximise portfolio performance. He passionately follows the F1 calendar and can always be found in one of London’s latest new eateries.
