Tess Cullen has been immersed in the real estate business for the past 15 years. She acted as Rick Chozick's real estate assistant and office manager for six years. While assisting Mr. Chozick, Tess was directly involved with all aspects of the real estate business prior to moving into the brokerage sales field as an agent.
