Terry Richardson

Terry L. Richardson is deeply involved in all aspects of Heritage Partners, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, finance and property management. He also manages the day-to-day operations for the firm, including company-wide strategies and systems. Terry has 30 years of experience in design and construction of retail development projects. Prior to forming the Petrie Richardson Ventures partnership, Terry served as Owner and General Manager of Lane Engineering, a mid-Atlantic based development services and civil engineering firm and as a Construction Project Manager of the international consulting firm Dames and Moore.
