Terry Moody

Terry Moody is a senior member of the development division at LS Commercial Real Estate in Overland Park, Kansas. LS Commercial Real Estate provides complete real estate services, including sales and leasing, development and management throughout the Midwest. Terry has over 17 years experience in commercial real estate, and is currently specializing in land acquisition and disposition, build-to-suits and the development of unanchored strip centers. Prior to joining LS, Terry was with Rent-A-Center for five plus years in operations, which included a two year stint in Hawaii. Terry’s other real estate experience included time with Varnum/Armstrong/Deeter and Coulson & Company in Kansas City, and Slawson Oil’s real estate department in Wichita, Kansas. Terry received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University, and also received his Master’s of Science in Administration (emphasis in real estate) from Wichita State University as well. In addition, Terry is a Certified Commercial Investment Member Candidate, active in the International Conference of Shopping Centers, and locally is a member of the Kansas City Businessmen’s Club.
