Terry Lynch

Terry is a licensed broker in Illinois and Indiana focusing on Chicago’s Industrial market. Terry started his career with a publicly traded software company in downtown San Francisco, where he was quickly promoted, and eventually managed a team of 17 salespeople. In this executive position, Terry negotiated multi-million dollar deals with companies ranging from VC-funded startups to Fortune 100 corporations. Prior to returning to Chicago, Terry spent a year backpacking around the globe. Back to suburban life, he now spends time coaching youth football. Terry began his commercial real estate career with PW Commercial Real Estate (founded in 1975). In July 2022, PW brokers joined Darwin Realty (also founded in 1975) to form DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International, to greatly expand their market presence and reach to better serve their clients. In 2017, Terry joined The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) which is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With 4,000 members in over 50 countries, SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
