Terry Baker

Terry Baker is Senior Vice President of Majestic Realty Co. and has been a member of the Majestic team since 1977. He is responsible for the ownership representation and asset management of numerous projects within the Majestic portfolio throughout the San Gabriel Valley. Terry’s ownership responsibilities include development, leasing, marketing and overall project supervision and management of the properties he oversees. Active in the community and charitable organizations, he serves on the Board of Directors for the El Monte Boys and Girls Club. Terry is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
