Terry Acosta

Terry has been in the real estate industry for over a decade. He joined 3CM in 2016. During Terry’s leadership, 3CM Multifamily expanded into several new markets, dramatically increased the portfolio size from 100 units to several thousand and established a strong reputation for operational excellence. Terry while increasing the management portfolio was also instrumental in creating efficiencies in the overall organizational structure through better load management and a sharper focus on training, resource allocation, and improved operational performance. These efforts combined to improve the organization’s financial performance during his tenure. He holds expertise in acquisitions and analysis, new development pre-construction planning, financial performance underwriting, asset repositioning, capital budget preparation functions, new development marketing and planning, business development, associate training, property operations and performance, and all facets of asset strategy formulation.
