Terri Torregrossa

As Senior Vice President of Office Services, Terri Torregrossa oversees leasing and marketing initiatives for a portfolio consisting approximately 1.3 million square feet of office space located throughout Houston. She has been actively involved as an exclusive landlord representative successfully negotiating new leases, renewals, and expansions. With more than 30 years of experience in the Houston commercial real estate market, Terri has achieved the Certified Property Manager designation and is a licensed real estate agent with the State of Texas. Terri has been recognized as a “Heavy Hitter” several times by the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association. She was also recognized as one of her firm’s top producers for consecutive years and has been recognized as a “Power Broker” by CoStar. Prior to rejoining Moody Rambin, Terri previously served as Senior Vice President of Leasing for Avison Young and Madison Marquette where she was responsible for marketing & leasing a suburban office portfolio totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet. She also served as Senior Marketing Director for Kennedy-Wilson International and Leasing Director for Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.
