Terri has been happily married to Mike since 1975. In 1979 they packed up the van and moved from Ohio to Cape Coral, Florida with their then three-year-old son, Christopher. Mike worked for more than thirty years in the automotive industry before retiring. He now restores classic cars. Terri held many diverse positions in Florida ranging from work in the medical, banking and fitness industries before joining Florida Investors. Mentored by the company owner Terri took over the business ownership in 2002. Terri, a Florida licensed real estate broker, handles all financial and accounting for the companies' multitude of business ventures including construction, management and investments. Mike & Terri's two sons, Chris and Mike assist when needed. Christopher is a Florida certified contractor. Chris obtained his contractor's license in 2000 while attending college for engineering. Chris is also a Managing RN at Lehigh Hospital. Chris married Kristen Raija Jones in March, 2009 in a beautiful Key West wedding. Raija is a dental hygenist working out of an Alva office. Michael, the younger son, is a managing paramedic in Denver. Michael is engaged to Miss Courtney Barnes who is licensed mortuary science field. We are a true family business. The entire family is ultra detail oriented and used to wearing several hats at one time. The family and its' business have a firm belief in honesty and fair-play and expect the same from its associates, affiliates, professionals and the subcontractors in its employ.
