Teddy Driscoll

Teddy joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2024 as an Associate in the Atlanta office where he is responsible for aiding in the advancement of the Capital Markets Platform throughout the Southeast. Teddy focuses on dispositions and acquisitions advisory for single and multi-tenant retail properties. Prior to joining Atlantic, Teddy was a Senior Analyst/Brokerage Associate at Transwestern where he handled all aspects of underwriting and valuing investments as well as assisting in the marketing and negotiating the sale of a wide variety of assets including retail, industrial, office, multifamily and land around Metro Atlanta and throughout the Southeast. Teddy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Teddy earned his Master’s Degree from Georgia State University in Commercial Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Connecticut College.
