Ted Zwieg

Ted is Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including property management, engineering, security and parking within the Houston region. Ted joined Brookfield in 1987 as Security Director and has held a number of roles within operations, including Operations Manager, Property Manager, Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations. He has held his current role since 2015. Ted has RPA and FMA designations from BOMI International and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Downtown Service District for the City of Houston. He is a member of BOMA, IREM and NAIOP.
