Ted Stratman

Ted Stratman is a commercial real estate veteran with more than 15 years of brokerage sales experience. As Senior Vice President of the Colliers | Wisconsin Multifamily group, Ted works with local and institutional investors on the sale of Multifamily property throughout the state of Wisconsin. Over the course of his career, Ted has been involved with the sale of more than $850,000,000 of Apartment buildings and Mixed-Use properties. Since he began his career in multifamily investment sales in 2009, Ted has represented a wide-array of clients - ranging from private investors and family offices, to debt funds and financial institutions. He prides himself on a client first mentality and long-term mindset that aims to foster lasting and meaningful relationships with his clients Ted is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI where he studied Commercial Real Estate and Finance. In addition to his work at Colliers, Ted is a member of the Vision For Tomorrow (VFT) Patient and Family Advisory Committee, and an active member of Marquette University’s Center for Real Estate Advisory Board.
