Ted Sanders has over 23 years of experience in all types of development business. Having owned and operated a real estate brokerage firm, home building business, and a development business, Ted’s hands on experience and capabilities cover all aspects of the development and building business including property acquisition and sales, due diligence, feasibility and cost evaluations, working with land planners and engineers in the planning and design phases, securing acquisition and development funding, management of infrastructure construction, marketing and sales, and project approvals. Ted was the CEO of Houston Ezell Corporation and former CEO of SGA Ltd. Ted is also a licensed multi million dollar producer real estate agent with sales in all areas of the real estate business. He has been responsible for the development of major residential communities in the Nashville and middle Tennessee area. As CEO of SGA Ltd. Ted was able to receive approval for a $500 million dollar agricultural redevelopment plan from the Kazakhstan government with a $125 million government guarantee.
