With nearly a decade of experience, he has a proven track record of navigating complex negotiations in excess of $200 million in transaction value. Ted earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University. He is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Commercial Brokers Association (CBA).
