Ted graduated from Virginia Tech with a business degree specializing in entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology management. In 2012 Ted moved to Washington, DC to pursue his passion for real estate and accepted a position at the CoStar Group as a commercial real estate research analyst. Through this experience, he expanded his understanding of property valuation, market trend forecasting, and online marketplaces. Ted was promoted to the Washington, DC market team in 2013, which enabled him to learn more about commercial properties and the major investors and developers in the area. Ted’s growing interest in the Washington DC Market led him to Blake Real Estate to work on the leasing team. In this capacity, he utilized his background in research and commercial market trends to lease space in the Blake portfolio. Ted joined the Tenant Agency in 2020 and focuses on office tenants in the Washington DC Metro area.
