Ted Overbaugh

In this role, Ted is instrumental in expanding CBRE’s industrial practice and servicing its clients across a range of assignments including Tenant and Landlord representation, building and land acquisitions, as well as industrial development and investment sales. Ted joined CBRE in 2007 after graduating Western University, starting out in the sales trainee program and eventually taking on a management role leading CBRE’s Southwestern Ontario offices. Ted’s 16 years with CBRE has led him across southern Ontario in various markets including 10 years in CBRE’s Toronto West office working with one of the top performing industrial teams in the market. Today, Ted works with a talented team of real estate experts in the Kitchener-Waterloo office along with team members Zach Van Louwe and Rachel Greguol. Throughout his career, Ted has completed over 650 transactions totaling more than 7 million sq. ft. of industrial and commercial space, and has sold over 1,000 acres of land. The experience of working across multiple markets and offices on a wide range of assignments throughout Southern Ontario, has given Ted a unique and comprehensive understanding of the real estate market from Toronto to Windsor.
