Ted Hoyt has 4 decades of experience in the commercial real estate business, specializing in office, retail and industrial transactions. He's handled everything from one room rentals to multi-million dollar sales. He has negotiated transactions throughout New Haven and Fairfield counties, though he specializes in Stratford real estate where he was born and raised. His clients have included corporations, hospitals, law firms, insurance companies, municipalities as well as individuals and small businesses. Ted joined the Hodson Realty team in 2015 specializing in commercial real estate. In his 40 year real estate career, Ted has sold millions of dollars of real estate and leased numerous office, retail and industrial properties in the greater Stratford market.
