Ted Gates

Ted Gates is an Associate in CBRE Chicago’s Industrial Brokerage Services group. In this role, Ted partners with David Prell in representing corporate occupiers of industrial real estate on site selection, lease negotiations, build-to-suits, surplus property disposition and sale-leaseback advisory. Ted focuses his practice on the Fox Valley market area. Prior to joining CBRE, Ted worked at Transwestern, a privately held real estate firm, specializing in agency leasing, property and facilities management, tenant advisory, capital markets, research and sustainability.
