Taylor Sekanovich

Taylor is a Vice President with Avison Young, specializing in commercial leasing and investment services across the Charleston market. She represents landlords, national and local tenants, buyers, and sellers—bringing a client-centered, solutions-driven approach to every assignment. With a strong background in communication, education, and area expertise, she excels at identifying the right locations and spaces to support her clients’ long-term goals. Taylor began her commercial real estate career with Avison Young in 2018, first serving as a Brokerage Assistant before transitioning into brokerage. After gaining additional industry experience, she has now returned to the firm as Vice President. Her progression reflects a proven ability to deliver value, build strong relationships, and support clients through every stage of the real estate process. Before entering commercial real estate, Taylor worked as an early childhood education teacher at Ashley Hall in Charleston. Her background in education strengthened her communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients with clarity and care—traits that continue to shape her approach today. Taylor was raised in South Florida and is a graduate of the College of Charleston. Outside of the office, you can find her out on the golf course, exploring new restaurants, out on Sullivan’s & IOP, and becoming a regular at local bakeries and coffee shops.
