Taylor Pham

Taylor Pham joined Merlone Geier in 2013. His primary responsibility is to provide leasing oversight for owned assets in Southern California. Prior to joining Merlone Geier, from 2007 to 2012, Mr. Pham was a Director for Epsteen and Associates, responsible for retail leasing and the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers and mixed use developments in Southern California. Mr. Pham graduated from the University of Southern California in 2006 with undergraduate degrees in Business and Political Science with departmental honors. Mr. Pham is an active participant in the International Council of Shopping Centers where he earned the Certified Leasing Specialist designation. He is also a licensed salesperson. He is resident in the firm’s Orange County office.
