In his role as an Associate Director , Taylor provides tenants with successful, conflict- free solutions to address their short- and long-term real estate needs and concerns in a variety of industries. As a dedicated tenant representation specialist within the Washington Metropolitan Area, Taylor takes a personal interest in each client’s business in order to thoroughly understand requirements, direction and goals before taking strategic action. Prior to joining the firm, Taylor was an associate in the Tysons Corner office of Colliers International where he worked in tenant representation for over two years. Taylor is also a licensed real estate professional in Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland. Awards, Achievements and Activities Taylor dedicates some of his time out of the office to ZERO – The End of Prostate Cancer, a nonprofit organization focused on prostate cancer education, testing, patient support, research and advocacy. While studying at his alma mater, Robert Morris University, Taylor was an NCAA Division I men’s lacrosse student-athlete. Afterwards, Taylor went on to coach and mentor young lacrosse players in a variety of clubs and schools throughout the area.
