Taylor Calfee

Taylor specializes in real estate consulting and transaction services working primarily with industrial clients, both nationally and internationally, in the commercial real estate brokerage space. Joining Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in October 2023 he brings a unique skillset to his clients through leveraging his extensive experience in construction and logistics. Previously, he was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield of Florida specializing in brokerage services. In this role, Taylor focused on leasing and purchasing for tenants and landlords. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Taylor was a top producer for The Suddath Companies, a Jacksonville-based relocation and logistics services company, specializing in corporate relocation and commercial furniture sales. He has also held project management positions in commercial construction.
