Tanner Wilhelm
Tanner Wilhelm was born and raised in Northeast Alabama along the banks of Lake Guntersville and in the sprawling hills of Sand Mountain. Upon high school graduation, he received a football scholarship to play for Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina. Tanner graduated with a bachelors degree in history and a minor in secondary-education. Tanner started working for Duncan Creek Land Co., a land development team, in 2021. Working with Duncan Creek Land Co., he assisted in developing 20+ properties for Huff Creek Properties and Reedy Land Co along the upstate of South Carolina. This experience provided him with a unique education, that can be applied to real estate, on the variance and nuance that each property carries, as well as methods of adding value to a property. Tanner enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, football and playing with his dog, Bud.
