Tammy Johnson is an industry veteran with over twenty years in the commercial real estate business. Tammy leads the retail leasing team which specializes in shopping center leasing, outparcel sales, and Landlord representative throughout the State of Alabama. Tammy has successfully represents national and local landlords as well as developers. She has experience in all types of retail properties including freestanding single tenant buildings, multi-tenant shopping centers, ground up retail developments, and outparcel sales. Tammy has represented national, regional, and local tenants in procuring leases in power, strip and lifestyle centers throughout Alabama. Tammy is originally from Gadsden, Alabama and graduated from UAB. She is a CCIM. Tammy is involved in organizations such as ICSC, Board of Realtors, Site Source Retail Network, and Vestavia Hills Chamber. Tammy has been honored as a member of the 2010 class of Leadership Vestavia Hills. She serves as a committee member for the Mercedes Marathon,.
