Tami Lord

Tami joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2014 as Vice President of the Denver office. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, she specializes in both tenant and landlord representation, leveraging long-standing relationships with a wide range of national and local clients. Tami currently holds both Nevada and Colorado licenses. She has represented the sales and leasing interests of more than 2.5 million square feet of ground-up retail development. Her expertise includes developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and guiding site planning and tenant mix decisions. Throughout her career, Tami has worked with a diverse roster of clients. In addition to her current portfolio, she has provided tenant representation for well-known historical brands such as Toys"R"Us, Wild Oats, McDonald’s, Panda Express, Popeyes, Hollywood Video, and Payless Shoes. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), CREW and is passionate about the outdoors. In her free time, Tami enjoys gardening, biking, hiking, skiing, and horseback riding.
