She began her career in property management managing over 4,500,000 square feet in commercial real estate for Private and Institutional clients. During this time, she obtained a vast understanding of day-to-day building operations, capital costs, lease analysis and financial reporting. For the last 2 years, Tabitha used this background and focused on Tenant Representation services, developing strategy with her clients and advising them on a broad range of projects including headquarter renewals and relocations, regional expansion, property acquisition, and labor analytics.
