With more than 25 years of experience, he is a recognized expert in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties throughout Greater Los Angeles. T.C. specializes in investment sales across retail, office, multifamily, and development assets. He guides private and institutional clients through complex transactions, including trust and court-ordered sales, 1031 exchanges, development sites, ground leases, portfolio sales, bankruptcies, foreclosures, sale-leasebacks, and strategic partnerships. By combining deep market knowledge, an extensive investor network, and proven execution skills, he helps clients maximize value, minimize risk, and achieve their investment goals. Over the course of his career, T.C. has been directly involved in more than $3 billion in transactions, consistently setting record-breaking sales in Los Angeles’ most sought-after neighborhoods. He has represented leading investors, trusts, partnerships, corporations, and institutions from around the world. T.C. began his career in 1997 with Grubb & Ellis Company (now Newmark) as a top-producing broker before joining WESTMAC. During WESTMAC’s affiliation with Coldwell Banker Commercial WESTMAC, he ranked in the Top 1% worldwide and earned the Circle of Distinction Award annually from 2004 through 2017. In his final three years with Coldwell Banker Commercial, he ranked in the Top 3 worldwide out of more than 3,000 agents. His work has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal, LA Times, Variety, and CoStar Group. A frequent speaker and panelist at industry events, T.C. has also been featured on multiple real estate podcasts. He is an active member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in the Los Angeles chapter and has served on the sustaining board of UCLA’s Ziman Center for Real Estate as well as the AIR CRE Board, collaborating with industry leaders to shape the future of real estate locally and globally. T.C. earned his Bachelor’s degree from Boston College and continues to be regarded as a trusted advisor and market leader in Los Angeles commercial real estate. Outside the office, he enjoys running, biking, and traveling with his family. He lives in Pacific Palisades/Manhattan Beach with his wife and three daughters.
