Sylvia Sakr

Sylvia Sakr has been in commercial and residential real estate since 2005. She is focusing on seller and tenant representation, site selection and retail real estate consulting throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Sylvia has been in the real estate business since 2005 and worked with a national residential company prior to transitioning to commercial real estate. Sylvia is a member of the RI Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors, actively involved in the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and was also a founding member of a local BNI group. Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, Sylvia graduated from Hotel Business School in 1993 and has since worked and lived in Switzerland, the Dominican Republic and the US. Additionally, she speaks four languages including Spanish, German, and French, allowing her to freely move and negotiate at any level with most any client or prospect. Sylvia currently resides with her husband in Providence, RI.
