Sydney Sims

As a Marketing Coordinator, Sydney provides marketing, research, and administrative support critical to the overall success of our firm’s brokerage department. Her responsibilities include the coordination of client deliverables, design and execution of property marketing campaigns and providing up-to-date property information to Birmingham’s brokerage and economic development communities. In addition, she assists the Vice President – Marketing on content development in support of the company’s overall marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Sydney served as the Assistant Media Planner with Intermark Group, where she assisted in coordinating, developing and implementing media plans for select agency clients, including Troy University and Alabama Tourism Department. Sydney brings a valuable skillset to our firm with her experience in content creation, writing and social media marketing. Sydney graduated from Samford University with a Major in Journalism and Mass Communications. She is originally from Bowling Green, Kentucky, but now resides in the Homewood area of Birmingham.
