Sydney Oslund

Sydney is a commercial leasing advisor based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Vancouver Office. She works alongside Matthew Maclean and Andrei Jelescu in the Broadway, Mt. Pleasant and Periphery markets of Vancouver, specializing in office and industrial product leasing. Sydney’s extensive experience in multi-market portfolio management and transaction execution services enables her to excel in providing creative real estate solutions for her clients across a broad range of transaction types. Prior to joining the Vancouver office, Sydney worked in the downtown Toronto office as an office leasing broker with a focus on tenant representation, on a Senior Client Advisory Services team. Sydney and her team provided advisory services for companies in the technology, finance and education sectors, as well as specialized advisory services for healthcare & life sciences clients. Sydney started her career as part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Broker Rotational program after graduating from McGill University in 2019, where she gained valuable industry experience in GTA Market Research, Strategic Consulting and Workplace Strategy prior to becoming a broker. Sydney is actively involved in CW’s Womens’ Integrated Network and CRE8 Women in Commercial Real Estate.
