Sydney joined CBRE in 2017 as a Senior Associate primarily focused on leveraging the CBRE Platform to fuel multi-market expansion for both national and regional clients and emerging concepts. Manage a team of local market brokers across multiple markets to deliver value, efficiency, and the best real estate options available across all domestic markets to the below mentioned clients. Maintains a vast network of relationships with national landlords and developers and an in-depth knowledge of the national retail market. Places fiduciary responsibility and ethical business practices above all else. Working with Salata and Sweet Paris Creperie & Café to facilitate their national expansion as they, along with their franchise partners, both seek to double their existing footprint in the next two years. Other notable clients include Phenix Salon Suites, Foot Locker, BPL Plasma, Macy's, Pappas Restaurants, Sweet/Tout Suite, Play Street Museum, OneMain Financial, The Lost Cajun, KFC, and Sonic. She also has an extensive background in excess property dispositions, including foreclosure assets and vacant boxes. Prior to joining CBRE, Sydney was a Senior Associate at Waterman Steele Real Estate Advisors. Sydney also spent several years in business development for a commercial general contractor/development company.
