Suzie Aron

Suzie has served the Kansas City commercial real estate business for years as a broker and as a developer. Formerly with Nicholson Group and Cohen Esrey Real Estate Company, Suzie is an urban core expert specializing in the leasing, sales and redevelopment of historic buildings. She has negotiated complex lease terms and represented national tenants and freestanding properties for user buyout. Aron has worked with many government agencies and public utilities including the U.S. Post Office, Johnson County Waste Water, Johnson County Mental Health Center, and the Department for Human Services and the YMCA. She has represented such tenants as McDonald's Corporation, LaPetite Academy, Golden Corral and H & R Block. Aron is also active as co-owner and co-developer of Alden Center a 600,000 square foot retail center, with its Walmart anchor, located in growing Olathe, Kansas. A graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City, Aron holds a bachelor of arts degree in art and psychology. She is a life member of the Missouri Association of Realtors' Million Dollar Club and the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors' Commercial and Investment branch. In addition to her career in real estate, Aron takes an active role in the Kansas City community. She is a board member of the Kansas City Center city YMCA. She is an alumnae of the Chamber of Commerce' Centurions Leadership Training program and is the Co-Chairman of the Ceramics Scholarship Fund for the Kansas City Art Institute and is Secretary for the Society of Contemporary Photography. Suzie is a member of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce.
