Sushil holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a graduate degree in marketing and several hotel management franchise certifications. Since 1992, Mr. Israni has presided over Pacifica’s lodging portfolio and its operational performance. For the past seven years, Mr. Israni has also been involved in asset acquisitions and dispositions for Pacifica Host Hotels, and has been instrumental in the company’s growth and financial success. Mr. Israni is married with two children and has resided in the San Diego area for the past 10 years
