Susan Sardina

Susan Sardina joined Ogden & Company, Inc. in 2005 and has over 28 years of experience and an extensive background in real estate management. Prior to joining Ogden, she served as Vice President, Director and Partnership Manager of Grootemaat Investment Management Corp. In that capacity Sardina oversaw the day to day operations of the company and performed asset/investment management services for a multitude of real estate investors with holdings throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Her real estate portfolio included over 2,000 apartment units, including the Juneau Village High Rise Apartments located in downtown Milwaukee, a portfolio of federally subsidized housing units, as well as several shopping centers. Susan has also performed extensive due diligence work and has handled all aspects of transfers and disposition of real estate assets. Currently, Susan specializes in commercial sales and leasing services. Her leasing portfolio includes a mix of office and retail space. In addition, her sales portfolio includes various multi-family properties, office, retail, industrial and mixed use developments. Susan has also assisted various lenders, receivers and owners in providing opinions of value.
