Susan Ridley

Susan Ridley serves as Senior Vice President at TRC. Ridley is an experienced commercial real estate broker, working with both landlords including KIMCO, Weber Company and Corinth Properties; and tenants, such as Best Buy, Best Buy Mobile, Kohl’s, Fitness Connection, Shoe Carnival, and Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, as more than 30 other national retailers for over twenty years. Before joining TRC, she was a Senior Vice President at Venture Commercial. Prior to Venture, she served as an SVP at The Woodmont Company where she handled tenant representation accounts and the leasing and consultation for their retail project developments. Susan founded and was President of The Ridley Company where she was responsible for the tenant representation of Best Buy, DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Pacific Sales and many other national retailers, and provided project leasing and consultation services. In addition, Ridley has worked with Trademark Company, The Weitzman Group, The Staubach Company and Henry S. Miller Company.
