Susan Preisler

Susan has almost 20 years of experience in real estate starting out in Industrial Leasing and using her engineering background to find locations for R&D and Industrial Tenants. In 2009 Susan made the transition to work in retail brokerage seeing the transition as many service-oriented retailers were filling the vacancies in Northern New Jersey’s Industrial Parks. Susan is experienced in working with full-service gyms, preschools, prominent dance and gymnastics academies and other service-oriented businesses. More recently Susan has started working with Medical and Pharmaceutical tenants as they are the main driver of the economy. In addition, she also works with a unique blend of specialty retail businesses that are opening in New Jersey’s downtown shopping districts as consumers are reversing the big box trend and looking to shop and dine in their own community. In 2016 Susan joined Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services. Prior to that she held her License at Winnick Realty Group and Vanguard Realty Inc.
