BA in Psychology from Columbia 1995, thought I wanted to be a teacher, but did an internship and realized that kids are hard! Postbac (premed classes) from Columbia 1995-1997 MD, Mt Sinai 1997-2001. I really wanted to do Family Medicine. I thought it would be amazing to deliver babies, see kids, parents, and grandparents, but was told it was impossible to practice Family Medicine and live in a big city, so opted to do Internal Medicine. I now see the kids of Moms and Dads, though older, and the grandparents, so it has all worked out! Internal Medicine Residency, Georgetown University Hospital 2001-2004 Worked at Westmed Medical Group in Rye, NY 2004-2010.
