Susan Nabors
Susan brings her passion for real estate, love of the Birmingham community, and background in business together to provide her clients with the highest level of personalized real estate services. She has lived in Birmingham since 1989, calling the Mountain Brook area home for almost 30 years. Working closely with clients and friends to make buying or selling a home a positive and seamless experience is what brings her the most satisfaction. Originally from Mobile, Susan moved to the area after earning a degree in accounting from Auburn University. Early in her career, she earned a CPA Certification and worked at a large national firm in public accounting. She also spent several years with the accounting department of a large regional publishing company, working with such publications as Cooking Light and Southern Living. She later focused her time on family and community, raising three children, all now young adults. Her involvement over the years with various community and volunteer groups has helped her recognize many of the unique qualities that make Birmingham a great place to live and raise a family. Susan's real estate experience has allowed her to help clients with a wide range of needs, including executive relocations, first-time home buyers, retirement downsizing, growing families seeking more space, and purchases of dream homes that caught a client's eye. Her financial background, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are assets that she brings to every aspect of the real estate experience. Susan's focus is on building relationships with the ultimate goal of making home buying or selling dreams a reality.
