Susan’s team covers the commercial real estate process from Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, Market Research, Property Disposition, a Development and Marketing Strategy or an Investment Sale Opportunity. The Investment & Office team brings over 40 years of combined marketing and real estate experience to each project, covering Kern County, Fresno County, Santa Clarita/Valencia, San Luis Obispo County, Santa Barbara County, Madera County, Kings County, Tulare County, and Antelope Valley. Susan began her real estate career working for a real estate investment firm in Los Angeles California. Susan later joined Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors in 2012. Susan’s experience in marketing is very broad based covering the design of marketing materials, implementation of marketing & branding, and effective follow up of marketing efforts.
