Susan Herlihy
Susan is a Northern Colorado resident of 15 years and is living her dream in the field of real estate. Her expertise extends to working with Sellers, Buyers, and first-time home buyers, thriving in a relationship-based business that maximizes her decades of negotiation and solution-driven experience. Before venturing into real estate, Susan spent 9 years handling programming and public relations for the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, negotiating with national agents to bring top acts to Northern Colorado. With roots in the Chicago suburbs and a college education from the University of Iowa, Susan is a mother of three boys. Outside of real estate, she delves into her passion for hunter/jumper horseback riding, having served as an instructor for almost 25 years. Susan's mission is to guide clients in finding the right home or buyer with unparalleled service, allowing them to enjoy life while navigating the process of buying or selling their homes.
