Suraj began in 2020 as a Financial Analyst where he analyzed, underwrote, and modeled over 1.2 billion dollars’ worth of hotel properties. In 2022, Suraj transitioned over to investment sales where he specializes in the acquisitions and dispositions of hospitality investments throughout the United States. During his tenure, Suraj has been involved in over $300,000,000 worth of hotel transactions. Prior to joining Kabani Hotel Group, Suraj began his real estate career in 2018 and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Florida.
