Sunny Gill

Sunny Gill founded Habitat Investment Advisors to specialize exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties with a focus on defined markets. Gill, a real estate investor himself, has an expert understanding of multifamily operation fundamentals and how distinctive market influences impact performance and values. He has developed strong and long standing relationships with qualified owners and investors because he is dedicated to representing his clients’ interests to the fullest degree. He has unparalleled experience in the commercial real estate space and has listed and/sold over 80 apartment complexes with over $250 Million in transaction value. Sunny began his career at Marcus and Millichap, the largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in the nation. During that time he established himself as a highly respected multifamily broker by achieving the Rookie of the Year award from the Association of Commercial Real Estate. He subsequently earned multiple Broker of the Year nominations. Sunny Gill attended California State University, Sacramento and earned his degree in Risk and Finance. He enjoys vacationing with his family; a few of his favorite destinations are New York, Anguilla, Maui, and Punta Mita, Mexico. Sunny likes to discover new bike trails and is an avid golfer. He has had the privilege of attending multiple US Open Tournaments and has played at many prestigious golf courses including Olympic Club, Bandon Dunes, Pebble Beach and Spyglass Hill.
