As a Director of Investment Sales for Walker & Dunlop, Sunjay specializes in the valuation, financial analysis and marketing of multifamily properties. Sunjay has been active in commercial real estate for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Sunjay was an Investment Officer for Allied Orion Group, where he was responsible for sourcing and touring properties across the US, sourcing potential equity partners, as well as performing all of the financial analysis, market research and marketing material generation. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Analyst for National Apartment Advisors, Transaction Manager for Transwestern and Acquisitions Director for Concierge Asset Management. His previous work experience was in the Energy Industry, where he traded power and worked in Risk Management and Logistics for Dynegy, and was a part of Enron's Associate/ Analyst Program. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas (Lic# 612241).
