Sue Melnick

Sue has a wealth of experience in all forms of real estate. She’s been a real estate professional for more than 30 years and supports clients with a care and professional concern not often matched. This multi-award-winning REALTOR holds an associate broker license. She has completed extensive coursework in commercial and residential real estate including property management and real estate owned properties. In addition to her associate broker’s licensees, she is also a certified broker appraiser. Earlier in her career, Sue was an associate broker and manager of the Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate Stroudsburg and Brodheadsville offices. As a manager, her office received awards and distinctions such as the Premier Office Award from the Coldwell Banker franchise given only to those offices that achieve outstanding per person production.
