Stuart Peterson joined the Lee & Associates – Houston team in 2019, specializing in industrial and land brokerage services in the Greater Houston Area. Stuart’s primary objective is to use market knowledge and value add strategies to bring maximum value to his clients. He seeks to build lasting relationships by communicating effectively and being able to overcome challenging situations efficiently. Some of Stuart’s strengths include leasing, tenant representation, and development consulting. Born and raised in Houston, Stuart has always had an interest in commercial real estate because of its diverse community and market. Stuart attended St. Edward’s University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Before joining the team, Stuart was an intern at Cushman & Wakefield and Northwestern Mutual. In his free time, Stuart enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
