ABOUT
Stuart joined Southport-Yarco in 1995 and is responsible for acquisition and operations of a national multi-family real estate portfolio. Stuart is a real estate executive with an extensive background in planning and managing all phases of commercial and residential real estate development. His achievements include rejuvenating major commercial centers, developing executive and affordable housing communities, and acquiring and redeveloping projects using tax increment financing (TIF). Stuart has been active in several civic groups, including the Kansas City Area Development Council, Clay County Economic Development Council and William Jewell College Heritage Foundation.
