Stian Funk

Stian Funk is a Senior Associate specializing in industrial tenant representation at NAI Realvest. He works alongside Kevin O’Connor and Matt Cichocki to help business owners lease, expand, or relocate their operations across Central Florida. Since joining the firm in 2024, Stian has completed more than $15 million in transaction volume. In addition to his tenant representation work, Stian works closely with Senior Vice President Mary Frances West on landlord representation assignments, where he leads day-to-day execution and client communication. He is known for a high level of communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout the transaction process.
