Stewart Yates currently serves as Vice President of Colliers Healthcare Services at Colliers International and a Principal of Colliers International, Atlanta. Stewart specializes in advising investors and operators of senior housing, post-acute and behavioral health facilities with acquisition, disposition and development strategies. Stewart has over seven years of dedicated healthcare real estate experience advising institutional investors, private capital, developers and specialty healthcare providers across the continuum of care in real estate transactions. He also has significant experience supporting health systems and practice groups execute in their real estate requirements and growth strategies. Stewart joined Colliers in 2018 to expand Colliers' commitment to the Healthcare Industry. In this role he has been involved in hundreds of transactions from coast to coast.
