Steven Wentz

Steve Wentz is a Director within Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc.’s (C&W) Brokerage Services Group. With more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Wentz provides strategic real estate consulting to local and national clients for a variety of assignments, including new lease acquisitions, renewals, dispositions/subleases, terminations, land purchases, and general portfolio management. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Wentz was a Vice President within CBRE’s Broker Services Group, where he completed some of his most significant assignments, including Daimer Chrysler, Coca-Cola, International Paper, HEB Grocery, Olicom, and Ciber Information Systems.
